Wine, beer and spirits packages may be interchanged at a cost. Whenever possible we will source spirits, wines or beers that are not are in our preferred packages although additional fees may apply.

Signature Specialties

Aperol Spritz

  • The Classic Italian cocktail. Aperol, prosecco and soda water. Garnished with an orange slice.


Mezcal Megroni

  • 400 Conejos Mezcal, Campari, sweet vermouth. Garnished with orange peel.


Espresso Martini

  • Titos Vodka, espresso cold brew, Borghetti Espresso Liqueur, splash of simple syrup. Garnished with 3 coffee beans.


American Mule

  • Kettle One Vodka, ginger beer and fresh lime juice. Garnished with lime wheel and mint sprig.


Old Fashion

  • Maker’s Mark Bourbon, raw sugar, dash of Angostura Bitters. Garnished with orange peel.


Spa Water

  • Junipero Gin, cucumber, lime juice. Garniished with slice of cucumber and lime juice.

Signature Margaritas

Classic Margarita

  • Tommy Style! Espolon Blanco Tequila, lime juice, agave. Salt rim amd lime wedge garnish.


Spicy Margarita

  • Cuervo Tradicional Tequila, jalapeño slice, lime juice, agave and splash of pineapple juice. Served with a Tajin rim, garnished with slice of jalapeño and lime wedge.


Mezcalita

  • Amaras Mezcal, lime juice, and agave. Served with a salt rim and lime wedge.

Signature Sangrias

Red Sangria

  • Red Wine, brandy, agave, oranges, apples, blueberries, strawberries. Garnished with cinnamon stick.

White Sangria

  • White wine, prosecco, peach brandy, agave, oranges, lemons, limes, peaches, seasonal berries. Garnished with mint leaves.

Rose Sangria

  • Rose wine, St Germain elderflower liqueur, agave syrup, strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, soda water. Garnished with mint leaves.
